Survey data on the impact of Covid-19 on hospitality
The survey on the impact of Covid-19 on hospitality was conducted in May through telephone contact by the Executive Management of the Convention Bureau.
The data listed here provide indices on the occupancy rate before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of layoffs caused by the virus and whether the establishment closed or remains closed.
This survey was carried out with 16 hotels in Ponta Grossa.
It is noteworthy that the Convention Bureau's mapping shows 28 hotels in the city, so this survey covered more than half of these projects.
In addition, the public data does not contain the names of the hotels or comments made by them (at the bottom of the page), in order to preserve the integrity of the participating company.
The data shown here has been categorized by the Convention Bureau staff, including board, executive management, and communication .

Comments
All respondents stated that they fear the average daily rate in the future, as there may be a significant drop in order to bring more guests, which will take away revenue from the hotel business.
